BLUE. Common GREEN Localised ORANGE Rare WHITE Absent or disappeared.
Height. 20cm - 60cm
Leaves. 4 - 8 elongated, often pointed and arching over.
Flowers. Purple and green, long pointed lip, hood formed by the sepals and a pointed floral bract of variable length.
Flowering period. April -June
Soil type. Weakly acid or calcareous
Protection. None known.
