Green winged orchid. Anacamptis morio. Orchis bouffon.
Presence in France.
BLUE. Common GREEN Localised ORANGE Rare WHITE Absent or disappeared.
Height. 10cm - 30cm
Leaves. Mostly in basal rosette, oblong, unspotted.
Flowers. Variable in colour, purples, reds, lilacs sometimes pink or white. Lateral sepals with green veins, sepals and petals close together to form a hood. Lip three lobed, spotted in the center.
Flowering period. April - May
Soil type. Weakly acid or calcareous. Full sun or partial shade.
